Prototype 1
Status: In Development
In late 2022 we started building our first VeeDub ReDub prototype.

Main objectives:

Test fit the GTI powertrain in the Beetle body
-
Test fit the Beetle body over the front and rear suspension
-
Test drive the prototype
We're looking for a test drive.
Prototype 1 might end up a little rough around the edges but we're just shooting for the test drive.
​
After Prototype 1 is driving, we'll take what we've learned and apply it to Prototype 2. It'll be much closer to the final product we'll be offering to people like you.
